Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. At Daamio, we do not offer refunds or returns except in very specific circumstances that are deemed outside of both the customer's and the brand's control (e.g., severe transit damage or verified manufacturing defects).

International Orders (UK & Canada)

Please note that for customers located in the United Kingdom and Canada, all sales are strictly non-refundable. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for orders shipped to these regions under any circumstances.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at Talent@avonpark.co. We will evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis to determine if it qualifies as a "specific situation" eligible for a remedy.

To be considered for an exception, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

In line with our final sale policy, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards.

  • Custom products or personalized items.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting an exception via email.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, as required by law.

Process for Approved Exceptions

If we determine your specific situation warrants a refund, we will notify you once we’ve inspected the item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
