Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has officially shipped. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your Daamio items.
Shipping Restrictions: No P.O. Boxes
Please note that Daamio does not ship to P.O. Boxes. * We require a physical street address for all deliveries to ensure your package is handled and delivered securely.

If a P.O. Box is entered at checkout, your order will be placed on hold, and we will contact you for a physical address.

If we do not receive a valid physical address within 48 hours of our request, your order may be canceled.
Domestic Shipping Rates (USA)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Carrier: We typically ship via [UPS, USPS, or FedEx, and more], which requires a physical address for delivery.
International Shipping (UK & Canada)
We ship to the United Kingdom and Canada.

Customs & Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Daamio is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns: As stated in our Refund Policy, all international sales to the UK and Canada are final.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Talent@avonpark.co with your name and order number.
